Exhibition Weekend: “Looking Back to Look Forward” Hog Roast
|
|
The Bank Holiday Exhibition and Flower weekend was brought to a close on Monday evening the 28th May 2007 with a water fight for the children (and some fathers!) and a Hog Roast at Redwick Village Hall.
It was a lovely summer’s evening with villagers from Redwick, Goldcliff and Nash attending. Two large hogs were consumed along with some 200 rolls, several large tubs of coleslaw, salad and huge quantities of cake and biscuits. The Rose Inn provided liquid refreshment!
Everyone appeared to enjoy themselves with all three communities well represented.
The Hog Roast was funded by the Community Councils of Redwick, Goldcliff and Nash. |
