Landscape History of the Gwent Levels

Derek Upton Centre, Magor Marsh

An afternoon walk and talk (not more than 2 miles) led by Roger James and Bob Trett, acknowledged local experts on history, archaeology and natural history. It will give a flavour of the landscape 400 years ago, and consider how the Levels have developed. Wear sensible footwear (no stillettos!) and clothing (sun hat and sun screen and/or waterproofs!) You are advised to ensure your tetanus injection is up-to-date. Disabled access. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
